📋 What you will do

  • Source and build partnerships with luxury hosts and top-connected individuals in EMEA
  • Prospect new hosts through research, networking, and partnerships with real estate professionals
  • Communicate Airbnb Luxe's value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person
  • Qualify leads, move them through the sales funnel, and meet quarterly acquisition goals
  • Manage market launches, lead generation, and coordinate cross-functionally for new supply
  • Support onboarding of all listings for assigned hosts and manage partner relationships
  • Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with hosts to drive performance
  • Create and deploy scaled strategies to manage and optimize long-tail Luxe hosts
  • Educate hosts on product changes and gather feedback for internal stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities autonomously across existing and new hosts

🛠 Stack and skills

Basic understanding of software partner technical integrations English language proficiency

What we expect

  • Senior-level experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality or real estate market in the UK & Northern Europe
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally
