📋 What you will do
- Source and build partnerships with luxury hosts and top-connected individuals in EMEA
- Prospect new hosts through research, networking, and partnerships with real estate professionals
- Communicate Airbnb Luxe's value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person
- Qualify leads, move them through the sales funnel, and meet quarterly acquisition goals
- Manage market launches, lead generation, and coordinate cross-functionally for new supply
- Support onboarding of all listings for assigned hosts and manage partner relationships
- Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with hosts to drive performance
- Create and deploy scaled strategies to manage and optimize long-tail Luxe hosts
- Educate hosts on product changes and gather feedback for internal stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities autonomously across existing and new hosts

English language proficiency
