📋 What you will do

  • Build and accelerate growth with key security-focused channel partners in Latin America
  • Own relationships with top cloud security channel partners
  • Analyze partner business performance and identify ways to increase revenue
  • Recruit and onboard new security-focused partners aligned with the Ideal Partner Profile
  • Manage partner agreements and collaborate with legal when needed
  • Develop partner-led insertion points through joint solution and services offerings
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling
  • Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches
  • Run regular business reviews and track success metrics
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue

What we expect

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in cyber security or cloud security SaaS
  • Experience driving sales from lead generation to closed-won
  • Experience negotiating agreements and building long-term partnerships
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Professional English and Spanish language skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for initiative
