- Build and manage professional host account relationships
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
- Analyze data to identify and action on strategic opportunities in the region
- Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply in the assigned geography
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts
- Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with clients
- Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional and timely service to professional hosts
