📋 What you will do

• Develop new business, source and attract brands and agencies for advertising integrations
• Conduct cold and warm sales of integrations
• Lead initial negotiations with clients
• Close deals and hand over projects to the account management department
• Assign tasks to client service for influencer selections and budgeting, liaise with related departments

✅ What we expect

• Experience in sales or New Business within ad agencies, media, or digital
• Experience working with deal sizes from 1M+ rubles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mandatory experience in this industry
• Having an existing client database is a strong plus

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: base 130k – 200k ₽ + % per deal (total income from 300k+ ₽)
• Schedule 5/2 (11-19 or 10-18), office in Moscow City
