📋 What you will do
- Lead Shield AI’s growth strategy in the assigned region
- Build out and manage a team responsible for significant annual orders targets
- Shape country-specific strategies and lead major business pursuits
- Establish and build long-term defense partnerships
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver autonomy capabilities
- Accelerate growth and support the adoption of X-BAT, V-BAT, ViDAR, and Hivemind in Japan
🛠 Stack and skills
Japanese language fluency
English language proficiency
Deep defense, national security, or aerospace domain expertise
Experience with complex defense programs (hardware and software)
Deep-tech autonomy ecosystem: X-BAT, V-BAT, ViDAR, Hivemind
