📋 What you will do

  • Edit and create videos and graphics for social media and ads
  • Develop visual content aligned with the brand and marketing goals
  • Manage and publish ads in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Track ad performance and prepare reports and insights for optimization
  • Maintain the client's calendar and task lists
  • Manage personal and business expenses
  • Research industry trade shows and events for 2024-2025
  • Build and maintain a CRM system
  • Coordinate with service providers
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Manage social media accounts as needed
  • Implement lead generation strategies

What we expect

  • Experience in video editing and graphic design
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of tax planning principles

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
