- Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon
- Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to grow ROAS and reduce CAC
- Develop creative strategy with designers and UGC creators
- Run structured testing across creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
- Analyze channel performance, funnel segments, and campaign results
- Prepare performance reporting and forecasting

✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads

- Experience managing $50K–$150K per month in ad spend
- Strong analytical and performance reporting skills
- Deep understanding of paid media metrics, attribution, and platform tools
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills
- TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
