📋 What you will do

  • Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon
  • Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to grow ROAS and reduce CAC
  • Develop creative strategy with designers and UGC creators
  • Run structured testing across creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Analyze channel performance, funnel segments, and campaign results
  • Prepare performance reporting and forecasting

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC e-commerce brands through paid media
  • Experience managing $50K–$150K per month in ad spend
  • Strong analytical and performance reporting skills
  • Deep understanding of paid media metrics, attribution, and platform tools
  • Excellent copywriting and creative skills
  • TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
