- Maintain and scale the Meta ad account structure
- Plan, launch, and manage creative testing for static and video ads
- Move winning creatives into cost cap scaling campaigns
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and strategy updates with the CEO
- Optimize campaigns for efficient spend, rapid testing cycles, and ROAS growth
- Independently manage campaign testing, tracking, and creative handoff
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement
