‼ Requirements
• Experience in recruitment (HR / recruiter / talent acquisition) of 1+ year;
• Ability to close vacancies quickly and work with a large flow of candidates;
• Strong communication skills, ability to “read” people and understand who fits the team;
• Responsibility, speed, structure;
• Ability to work with advertising platforms in Telegram
• Desire to earn and influence the team’s results.
✍️ Responsibilities
• Search for and recruit employees for different positions in the team;
• Publish and manage vacancies on advertising platforms;
• Initial candidate screening, messaging, and calls;
• Candidate evaluation: fit / not fit for the team;
• Passing strong candidates to the manager;
• Ongoing monitoring of the candidate market;
• Fast vacancy closing.
