📋 What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across NAMER and LATAM
• Serve as the go-to leader providing business coaching and hands-on support on host relationships
• Own the end-to-end supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM
• Guide territory-level strategies based on market maturity and competitive landscape
• Design and scale acquisition programs including partnerships and direct outreach
• Identify untapped markets and supply opportunities across the regions
• Champion the Luxe brand and quality standards across the portfolio
