Team Lead of Sales / Head of Sales for a Forex Project

📋 What you will do

• Manage the FD/RD team
• Control the quality of inbound Forex traffic handling
• Own KPI performance for FD, RD, CV, average deposit, and profit
• Analyze the funnel from first touch to repeat deposit
• Identify growth points in scripts, warming, closing, and communication
• Test hypotheses to improve conversion and scale the team
• Implement AI for traffic handling

✅ What we expect

• 1+ year of experience as Team Lead, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Manager in high-risk
• Experience in Forex, investments, crypto, binary options, iGaming, nutra, or related verticals
• High responsibility, discipline, and readiness to stay available
