We are expanding the team and looking for a strong Team Lead of Sales / Head of Sales who can not only supervise managers, but build a sales system, increase conversion to FD/RD, and scale the Forex traffic processing department. GEO: LATAM. 
We need someone who understands high-risk, can work with numbers, sees weak points in the funnel, trains managers, and is responsible for the team's results.
📌 What you will be doing
— Manage a team of FD/RD managers;
— Control the quality of processing incoming Forex traffic;
— Be responsible for achieving KPIs for FD, RD, CV, average deposit, and profit;
— Analyze the funnel: from first touch to repeat deposit;
— Look for growth points in scripts, warm-ups, follow-ups, and communication;
— Test hypotheses to increase conversion and scale the department;
— Implement AI for traffic processing.
📌 What we expect
— 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Sales / Senior Sales Manager in high-risk;
— Experience in verticals: Forex, investments, crypto, BO, iGaming, nutra, or related areas;
— High level of responsibility, discipline, and readiness to stay in touch.
