FD/RD Manager (Forex)

📋 What you will do

• Process incoming leads via chat and chatbots
• Nurture and convert leads to first deposit (FD)
• Manage CRM: update statuses, database, and follow-ups
• Reactivate and retain existing leads (RD)
• Follow scripts and sales funnel logic

• Mandatory proven experience in the Forex vertical
• Proven ability to nurture and convert leads to deposit
• Excellent written communication skills and fast response time
• Availability during working hours

🎁 What we offer

• Compensation: Fixed base + % of deposits, total income from $1,000 uncapped
• Fully remote position
• Working schedule: 09:00–18:00 UTC+8 (negotiable)
