📋 What you will do

• Scale sales in Russia and abroad
• Build the sales system with outbound, SDR, bizdev, and account teams
• Define KPIs and processes to grow MRR
• Enter new markets and test sales hypotheses

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or cross-border sales with MRR
• Proven track record of building sales channels from scratch
• Strong command of English
• International mindset
