📋 What you will do
- Own a strategic enterprise account for Target North America
- Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders on the client side
- Lead account planning focused on adoption, retention, workflow transformation, and growth
- Run quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, roadmap discussions, and escalation management
- Coordinate the account pod together with Technical and Production leads
- Oversee onboarding, implementation, workflow adoption, and customer enablement
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, workflow performance, and platform utilization
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Support change management and transformation initiatives within the client organization
- Manage a Senior Customer Success Manager and help develop the Customer Success team
