📝 Description

📋 What you will do

  • Own a strategic enterprise account for Target North America
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders on the client side
  • Lead account planning focused on adoption, retention, workflow transformation, and growth
  • Run quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, roadmap discussions, and escalation management
  • Coordinate the account pod together with Technical and Production leads
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation, workflow adoption, and customer enablement
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, workflow performance, and platform utilization
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
  • Support change management and transformation initiatives within the client organization
  • Manage a Senior Customer Success Manager and help develop the Customer Success team
