📋 What you will do
- Analyze, coordinate, and manage reference data for Order-to-Cash processes
- Maintain Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems
- Own Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System
- Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
- Lead and support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Communicate critical incidents and business impacts
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, and other teams
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate according to defined criteria
