📋 What you will do

  • Analyze, coordinate, and manage reference data for Order-to-Cash processes
  • Maintain Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems
  • Own Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System
  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
  • Lead and support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Communicate critical incidents and business impacts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, and other teams
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate according to defined criteria
