📋 What you will do

  • Analyze, coordinate, and manage reference data for O2C processes
  • Maintain Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems
  • Manage the Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS)
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate critical incidents and business impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service teams
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate based on defined criteria
