Sales Managers (Conversion / Retention / Recovery)

📋 What you will do

• Convert cold leads into active clients
• Retain existing customers and increase their activity levels
• Re-engage inactive clients and recover deposits
• Handle objections and conduct sales negotiations

• Proven experience in sales, retention, or customer service
• Strong communication skills and stress resistance
• Ability to persuade and maintain emotional balance
• Fluency in two or three required languages is a plus

• Salary: $700–$1200 + 3-8% performance commissions
• Location: office in Tbilisi, Georgia
• Relocation package: housing and airfare provided
