- Make outbound calls to customers using approved scripts
- Provide text-based support in chat
- Adhere to quality service standards and communication protocols
- Collaborate with security, fraud monitoring, product, and CRM departments
- Work within ticket systems and CRM

Russian (C2 level or higher)

✅ What we expect
- Experience in support or iGaming is a plus
- Experience with English-language phone negotiations is a strong advantage
