Customer Support Agent (Call Center)

📋 What you will do

• Make outbound calls to customers using approved scripts
• Provide text-based support in chat
• Adhere to quality service standards and communication protocols
• Collaborate with security, fraud monitoring, product, and CRM departments
• Work within ticket systems and CRM
