Senior VIP Manager

📋 What you will do

• Managing and retaining key VIP clients with high gaming turnover
• Reactivating VIP players through personalized offers
• Managing bonus campaigns and special promotions
• Analyzing key metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, and LTV
• Identifying churn causes and developing retention strategies
• Handling negotiations and resolving conflicts

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a large company
• Proven track record in Tier-1 markets for at least 1 year
• Deep understanding of player psychology and market trends
• Strong skills in sales and customer relationship management

• Salary from $1,500 to $1,800
• Fully remote position via service agreement
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT 3) with flexibility
