📌 What you will be doing
— Handling recruitment (sales/marketing/back office): processing inbound applications and doing cold sourcing;
— Conducting interviews with candidates (by phone, online, and in person);
— Managing the hiring process (confirming meetings, booking meeting rooms, creating links for online meetings);
— Updating the CRM system;
— Running welcome meetings and participating in the onboarding process;
— Helping with other HR tasks (organizing events, creating presentations, preparing reports).
📌 What we expect
— At least 1 year of HR experience and hands-on experience independently filling vacancies;
— A desire to grow in HR;
— No fear of cold sourcing and cold calling candidates.
