📋 What you will do

  • Manage complete monthly payroll cycles across multiple legal entities
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including hires, terminations, absences, overtime, bonuses, allowances, reimbursements, loans, and manual payments
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labour, tax, immigration, and data privacy requirements
  • Reconcile and submit pension contributions and manage cross-jurisdiction requirements
  • Reconcile benefit and insurance deductions and employer contributions, and investigate discrepancies
  • Support bonus cycles, compensation budgeting, bonus forecasting, and headcount planning
  • Prepare compensation cost analysis and variance reporting for Finance leadership
  • Maintain data integrity across payroll systems and HCM
