📋 What you will do

  • Draft professional emails, memoranda, reports, invoices, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize internal records, shared drives, and document management systems
  • Handle incoming communications, triage requests, and summarize information for stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and subscriptions, including renewals, contracts, and payments
  • Maintain organizational financial and operational documentation with leadership and external vendors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses when needed
  • Support special projects and cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of employees and contractors
  • Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and related processes
  • Draft and manage contractor and vendor agreements under leadership direction
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining internal policies and procedures
  • Support the annual performance review process
