📋 What you will do
- Develop and deliver HR strategies with leadership
- Own employee relations and employee engagement
- Lead HR compliance and maintain policies aligned with federal and state regulations
- Develop career paths, performance tracking, training programs, and engagement initiatives
- Coach managers on building high-performing teams
- Roll out company-wide HR projects with the People Team
- Support payroll and benefits
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding

✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of HR experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements

- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
