📋 What you will do

  • Develop and deliver HR strategies with leadership
  • Own employee relations and employee engagement
  • Lead HR compliance and maintain policies aligned with federal and state regulations
  • Develop career paths, performance tracking, training programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Coach managers on building high-performing teams
  • Roll out company-wide HR projects with the People Team
  • Support payroll and benefits
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding

What we expect

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  • Experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
