We are a team in the most profitable niche in the world — iGaming. We are growing, launching new projects, and looking for operators who are “hungry” for results and not afraid of phone calls.

🎯 Your main goal: turn a cold database into active players for our casino.

📌 What you will do:

— Make outbound calls using a ready-made database (no blind searching);

— Work with strong, proven scripts (from a direct approach to a soft informational hook);

— Present our bonuses;

— Motivate players.

📌 What we offer:

— Stability: fixed salary of $500 per month;

— KPI + $2 for every successful deposit. We have no ceiling: the more you “bring in,” the more you take home;

— Schedule: 5/2 with floating days off (we work when players play);

— Shift: 9 hours (including a break);

— Full freedom for breaks: you have 1 hour of break time, which you can split however you like. Want 4 times 15 minutes each, or one proper lunch — your choice. What matters is the result on the line.

📌 Who we are looking for:

— A person with the gift of the gab: you can get even the toughest client talking;

— Stress resilience: the word “no” doesn’t scare you, and the phrase “where did you get my number” is just a reason to joke and offer a bonus;

— Goal orientation: you don’t want to just “sit through” a shift, you want to see your bonus grow with every deposit;

— Experience in sales or iGaming will be a huge plus, but if you’re talented, we’ll teach you everything.
