📋 What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing with the hiring manager to successful onboarding
- Gather position requirements and build strong job profiles
- Analyze the talent market, salary ranges, and competitive landscape
- Develop sourcing strategies to find top candidates
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, and job boards
- Conduct screenings and initial interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track test assignment completion
- Prepare offers, collect documents, and hand candidates over for onboarding
- Work with ATS/CRM systems and analyze recruitment effectiveness
