Full-Cycle HR Manager

📋 What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from job intake to candidate start
• Source candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess experience and motivation
• Coordinate interview stages with hiring managers
• Participate in offer preparation and support candidates through start date
• Analyze hiring outcomes and vacancy closure results

✅ What we expect

• At least 6 months of experience in HR
• Willingness to work from the office in Kazan
• English level from A2; higher level is a plus
