Customer Success Manager (Games)

📋 What you will do

• Communicate with clients in chat and assist with order placement
• Advise clients on choosing services on the website
• Work with the existing client base
• Process orders in CRM
• Help clients resolve issue situations

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Gaming experience in World of Warcraft, Destiny 2, or Diablo 4 is a plus
• Friendliness, strong communication skills, and stress resistance
• Willingness to consider candidates without gaming experience

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: $500–800/month
• Remote work for the US/EU market
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day, with a choice of shifts: 8:00-16:00, 16:00-24:00, 20:00-4:00, 00:00-8:00
• Weekly salary payments
• Salary is tied to the US dollar exchange rate
