📌 What you will do
— Communicate with customers in chat and assist with placing orders;
— Advise customers on choosing a service on the website;
— Work with the existing customer base;
— Process orders in the CRM;
— Help customers in problematic situations.
📌 What we expect
— Gaming experience in World of Warcraft / Destiny 2 / Diablo 4 - we are ready to consider candidates without it;
— Written English at B2 level or higher;
— Friendliness, communication skills, and stress resistance.
📌 We offer
— Remote work for the US/EU market, which will be a very strong plus for your CV;
— Work schedule: 5/2, 8 hours: 8:00-16:00, 16:00-24:00, 20:00 - 4:00, 00:00 - 8:00 (your choice);
— High salary from 500 to 800$ per month for the Sales/Support position, pegged to the dollar exchange rate, salary paid once a week.
