B2B Services Sales Manager

📋 What you will do

• Work with outbound leads using high-quality and relevant contacts
• Prepare commercial proposals and close contracts
• Deliver client presentations
• Provide initial support to new clients
• Maintain reporting in Bitrix24 CRM

✅ What we expect

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Ability to build rapport, present products, and handle objections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: from ₽150,000 to ₽200,000
• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• 5/2 schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weekends Saturday and Sunday
• Net base salary of ₽80,000 + KPI + bonuses
