📋 What you will do

  • Source and acquire new clients
  • Build relationships with prospects in target industries
  • Conduct initial negotiations, identify needs, and present the company and its solutions
  • Build, segment, and regularly update the prospect database
  • Generate inbound leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and events
  • Conduct in-person client meetings

  • Strong active client acquisition and outbound sales skills
  • Ability to identify needs and build a value proposition tailored to business goals
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience communicating with decision-makers and influencers
  • Presentation and consulting skills, including working with subject matter experts
  • Ability to qualify deals by budget, timeline, decision-makers, and business impact
  • Ability to manage the presales process and coordinate internal teams
  • Ability to handle multiple deals at once and manage timelines and risks
  • Analytical skills in client data, sales pipeline, and sales performance
