📋 What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews
- Screen incoming resumes and perform direct candidate sourcing
- Assess candidates' professional skills and personal qualities
- Present successful candidates to department heads
- Maintain recruitment reporting

- At least 1 year of experience in mass hiring and targeted recruitment
- Experience in active candidate sourcing
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, articulate, and flexible
