Legal Officer in iGaming

📋 What you will do

• Develop legal strategy and support corporate governance
• Liaise with investors and the Board of Directors
• Handle licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage contracts for B2B, B2C, affiliates, and payment providers
• Support M&A transactions and intellectual property matters
• Protect the business from clones and fraud
• Handle litigation and coordinate external law firms
• Build and lead the legal department
• Train the legal team

✅ What we expect

• Mandatory experience in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with licenses and regulators across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience supporting international corporate structures
• Experience with banking compliance procedures
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate
• Own professional network in the industry
• Successful licensing cases across different jurisdictions
• Knowledge of MGA, Curaçao, UKGC, and other regulator requirements
