Retention Manager

📋 What you will do

• Develop and launch retention campaigns
• Work with player segmentation and behavioral analysis
• Calculate promo economics and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
• Work with MAU, DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, and NGR metrics
• Analyze the market, competitors, and game mechanics

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Experience in iGaming
• At least 1 year of product experience
• Experience launching tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics
• Understanding of gamification, progression, rewards, and game motivation loops
• Strong analytical skills
