ArbiHunter is a specialized HR platform in digital and affiliate marketing. We are developing an ecosystem of high-potential projects, connecting businesses and top specialists around the world for scaling, growth, and mutual development.
We are looking for a UGC Manager who is well-versed in social media, knows how to find creators, build communication with them, and oversee the UGC direction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing UGC creators
- Searching for new UGC creators across various social platforms, including not only classic social networks, specifically: ( TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, and other platforms)
- Reporting on the UGC direction (current creators, activity, need to search for new ones)
- Constant search for new creators when needed
- Working with incoming applications:
helping candidates with resumes
helping with vacancies / forms
support at the initial stage
- Managing the Threads platform: (writing and commenting on posts)
What is important to us:
- Communication skills and the ability to easily find common ground with people
- Good understanding of social media: how to find a blogger / UGC creator, how to write to them correctly, how to build a dialogue and reach an agreement
- General understanding of the digital environment and social media
- Basic skills in working with texts and communication
