Junior HR Specialist / HR Coordinator

📋 What you will do

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding
• Help onboard new hires and interns
• Track vacations, sick leave, and day off requests
• Participate in 360-degree reviews
• Help new hires with access, equipment, and operational issues
• Collect feedback from new hires and teams during onboarding

✅ What we expect

• 1+ year of experience in HR, HR Assistant, People Partner, or a related role
• Basic understanding of HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, offboarding
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow in HR

• Hybrid schedule, 5/2, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
