📋 What you will do

• Process incoming applications quickly and invite candidates to interviews or reject them
• Conduct outbound sourcing for marketers based on predefined criteria
• Prepare weekly recruitment funnel reports in a spreadsheet
• Run competency-based interviews and hand over candidate profiles to managers
