📋 What you will do

• Manage client job requests in a fast-paced environment
• Source IT professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, Telegram, and professional communities
• Negotiate terms of cooperation with candidates
• Facilitate mutually beneficial agreements regarding compensation and work format

• Ability to build and manage an effective recruitment funnel
• Deep understanding of the IT market and experience filling complex roles

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 100,000 – 250,000 ₽
• Contractor agreement (GPH)
• Opportunity to transition to a full-time in-house position based on performance
