📌 What you’ll be doing — Agency social media: developing a content plan and organizing work on maintaining the agency’s social media accounts; — Agency website: developing a strategy for using the website as a sales tool. Filling the agency website with content (news, case studies, awards, reviews); — Agency participation in industry rankings. Collecting and completing the necessary documentation on the agency’s activities for professional rankings (5 in total); — Selecting and organizing participation in professional competitions with the agency’s projects. Preparing applications for competitions together with project leads and managers; — Selecting and organizing participation in professional events by agency employees. Organizing the company’s own expert events. 📌 What we expect — Understanding of digital tools and experience in B2B and B2G marketing from 3 years; — Knowledge of internal company audit methods, competitive analysis, and marketing research; — Understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to measure marketing in leads and conversions, not likes. CRM marketing skills (integration of marketing and sales); — Experience working with CRM is required: Bitrix24. 📌 We offer — Work with a team of professionals, we have our own staff of competent specialists in SMM, internet marketing, production, web development, copywriting, and design; — 5/2 work schedule, from 09:00 to 18:00, full-time.
