📝 Description

📌 Responsibilities
— Integration and tech support: Working with third-party services (Yandex.Real Estate, Callibri, Roistat). Monitoring correct data transfer and call tracking performance;
— Content and landing pages: Preparing technical specifications for new landing pages and blocks, building simple pages on Tilda. Conducting A/B tests (headlines, lead forms, creatives);
— Working with the team: Setting clear technical specifications for designers, copywriters, and the development department. Coordinating the work of the targeting specialist and contextual advertising specialist;
— Media planning and hypotheses: Participating in media plan development, proposing and testing hypotheses to reduce cost per lead (CPL);
— Analytics and reporting: Compiling daily/weekly reports in Google Sheets. Monitoring the relevance of promotions on the website and the functionality of all links/forms.
📌 What we expect
— Experience: From 1 year in digital marketing (experience in the real estate niche will be a huge advantage);
— Technical stack: Understanding of how Roistat and call tracking services work. Confident command of Tilda and Google Sheets;
— Technical specification writing skills: You can explain a task to a designer and developer so that the result meets expectations the first time.
