📋 What you will do

  • Build a steady flow of qualified leads among online schools ready to scale via the CPA model
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with companies and communities targeting online school owners and producers
  • Generate and test partnership channel hypotheses to create a predictable lead flow
  • Maintain the partner CRM, track conversions, and manage volume and forecasting
  • Work closely with the DVR team and hand over well-prepared projects

What we expect

  • 2+ years of experience in BizDev, B2B sales, or partnership development
  • Understanding of online school economics: automated funnels, launches, ROMI, scaling
  • Existing market contacts and the ability to approach project owners directly
  • Negotiation skills at owner and C-level
  • Ability to think systematically, manage the funnel, and work with conversion metrics
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet measurable KPIs
