📌 What you will do — Form a stable flow of qualified leads among online schools that are ready to scale through the CPA model; — Build partnership agreements with companies and communities whose audience consists of online school owners and producers; — Generate and test hypotheses for partner channels that can provide a systematic flow of leads; — Maintain the partner CRM, track conversions, manage volume and forecasts; — Work closely with the BDR team, handing over high-quality, prepared projects. 📌 What we expect — Experience in BizDev / B2B sales / partnership development in EdTech or info business for 2+ years; — Understanding of online school economics: automated funnels, launches, ROMI, scaling; — Existing contacts in the market and the ability to reach project owners directly; — Negotiation skills at the level of business owners and top management; — Ability to think systematically: see the funnel, manage numbers, work with conversion; — Readiness to work at a fast pace and meet measurable KPI. 📌 We offer — Work near Moscow with active presence at industry events; — Remote format with the possibility of in-person meetings and networking during industry events.
