📋 What you will do
- Hire BizDev, Sales, and Media Buyers against strict performance criteria
- Conduct interviews focused on real experience and measurable results
- Screen out candidates without proven performance
- Help design and maintain the KPI and performance evaluation system
- Work with the Days to First Positive ROI metric
- Build trial periods, probation models, and fast decision-making processes
- Develop internal HR policy

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / HR
- Experience hiring sales, bizdev, media buyers, or performance roles
