HR / Recruiter (Sales & Performance Roles)

📋 What you will do

• Hire BizDev, Sales, and Media Buyers against strict performance criteria
• Conduct interviews focused on real experience and measurable results
• Screen out candidates without proven performance
• Help design and maintain the KPI and performance evaluation system
• Work with the Days to First Positive ROI metric
• Build trial periods, probation models, and fast decision-making processes
• Develop internal HR policy

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment / HR
• Experience hiring sales, bizdev, media buyers, or performance roles
• Ability to run interviews that reveal real experience, not potential
• Understanding of hiring economics and the cost of a bad hire
