📋 What you will do

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area
  • Manage the full sales cycle for IT solutions from prospecting to deal closure
  • Deliver presentations, functional demos, meetings, and commercial proposal follow-up
  • Identify needs within the existing client base and drive cross-selling
  • Advise and support clients and prospects throughout the entire process
  • Stay up to date on company solutions, competitors, and public sector trends
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and daily activity in CRM and collaboration tools
  • Participate in tenders and administrative processes according to internal procedures

What we expect

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience selling complex IT projects to public and private sector clients
  • Experience in consultative selling and business development, including the public sector
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels in IT, procurement, and business areas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented profile
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Knowledge of technology solutions and IT services
