IT Sales Manager (IT Services Sales)

📋 What you will do

• Sell outsourcing services for technical support, contact center, application moderation and support
• Acquire new clients through marketing events, industry exhibitions, competitions, and tenders
• Prepare commercial proposals together with the presales team and delivery team
• Participate in business review meetings with the client
• Prepare tender documentation together with the tendering team
• Manage key accounts and build development plans for key clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve profitability targets

✅ What we expect

• At least 2 years of experience in IT sales
• Experience selling to enterprise clients
• Knowledge of IT and business services, enterprise systems
• Ability to assess business opportunities, risks, and proposal potential
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Creative thinking and strong analytical skills
• Own portfolio of key clients
