📋 What you will do

  • Lead direct K12 sales efforts in North America
  • Acquire school districts and build strategic partnerships
  • Qualify opportunities with district leadership and education boards
  • Build and manage a K12 sales pipeline
  • Run demand generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales
  • Represent Dreamscape Learn at industry events and promote VR-based learning
  • Work with leadership on K12 growth strategy, positioning, and expansion
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions

What we expect

  • 10+ years of sustained success selling high-value innovative edtech solutions in K12
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling to Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum Leaders, and Boards of Education
  • Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to build stakeholder alignment and navigate complex procurement processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments
