📋 What you will do
- Lead direct K12 sales efforts in North America
- Acquire school districts and build strategic partnerships
- Qualify opportunities with district leadership and education boards
- Build and manage a K12 sales pipeline
- Run demand generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales
- Represent Dreamscape Learn at industry events and promote VR-based learning
- Work with leadership on K12 growth strategy, positioning, and expansion
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions

- 10+ years of sustained success selling high-value innovative edtech solutions in K12
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling to Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum Leaders, and Boards of Education
- Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build stakeholder alignment and navigate complex procurement processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments
