Digital Account Manager

📋 What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of digital clients
• Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution and implementation
• Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure a strong client experience
• Run discovery calls, monthly meetings, and campaign change discussions
• Review budgets, performance, and billing questions, and provide growth recommendations

• 5+ years of direct client-facing experience
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
• Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Experience working closely with a sales team
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
