📋 What you will do

  • Manage monthly Sound Exchange reports
  • Process daily cash and credit card deposits
  • Prepare the daily money-needed list for the Sales Department
  • Produce weekly Pacing and AE Report Card reports
  • Handle HR duties
  • Process payroll
  • Order supplies for all departments
  • Prepare the talent report for payroll twice a month
  • Enter new advertisers
  • Prepare the annual FCC/EEO report
  • Schedule job fairs and prepare recaps
  • Reconcile trade agreements and prepare the monthly report
  • Prepare monthly Miller Kaplan X-Ray reporting
  • Perform monthly Miller Kaplan reconciliations
  • Handle petty cash as needed
  • Manage company credit card usage and distribution as needed
  • Approve credit checks
  • Collect on past-due accounts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing
  • Process monthly statements
  • Review, code, and approve vendor invoices
  • Complete month-end close, including GL reconciliations and journal entries
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Handle Business Manager duties for more than one market
