📋 What you will do
- Engage with inbound contact forms, web chats, and emails to qualify prospects
- Perform outbound activities to engage with various types of marketing leads
- Educate and qualify prospects about technology and 3 SKUs Impact provides
- Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to build a pipeline
- Track and manage prospects through CRM and sales engagement tools
- Schedule high-impact appointments with Account Executives
- Provide valuable market and product feedback to drive business development strategy
