📋 What you will do
- Build and lead the EMEA field marketing function from scratch
- Drive field marketing initiatives for enterprise and scaled programs for startups
- Execute field marketing programs including roundtables, events, conferences, and ABM activations
- Align field marketing programs with territory and account-specific sales goals
- Establish measurement frameworks including lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting
- Evaluate and select premium third-party events for high-impact activation
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align programs with regional needs
- Coordinate with product marketing teams to ensure consistent regional messaging
