📋 What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution of field events across North America
- Build and manage regional field marketing calendar with sales leadership
- Execute executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional conferences
- Identify and prioritize markets and accounts for pipeline and deal acceleration
- Manage sponsorships, venue relationships, speakers, and event investments
- Develop engagement strategies to maximize registration-to-attendance conversion
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to target priority accounts
- Track and report on program ROI, pipeline attribution, and engagement metrics
- Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs across regions
