📋 What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of field events across North America
  • Build and manage regional field marketing calendar with sales leadership
  • Execute executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional conferences
  • Identify and prioritize markets and accounts for pipeline and deal acceleration
  • Manage sponsorships, venue relationships, speakers, and event investments
  • Develop engagement strategies to maximize registration-to-attendance conversion
  • Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to target priority accounts
  • Track and report on program ROI, pipeline attribution, and engagement metrics
  • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs across regions
