📋 What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events (dinners, roundtables, workshops)
- Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar for North America
- Identify and prioritize markets and accounts for maximum pipeline impact
- Manage sponsorships, venue relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments
- Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact from every program
- Develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies
- Work with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists for priority accounts
- Track and report on program ROI, pipeline metrics, and attendee engagement
- Coordinate with demand gen, content, product marketing, and brand teams
- Manage field marketing budgets and build scalable, repeatable playbooks
