📋 What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events (dinners, roundtables, workshops)
  • Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar for North America
  • Identify and prioritize markets and accounts for maximum pipeline impact
  • Manage sponsorships, venue relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact from every program
  • Develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies
  • Work with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists for priority accounts
  • Track and report on program ROI, pipeline metrics, and attendee engagement
  • Coordinate with demand gen, content, product marketing, and brand teams
  • Manage field marketing budgets and build scalable, repeatable playbooks
