📋 What you will do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners to drive revenue growth
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training, business planning, and co-selling
  • Coordinate technical and marketing alignment for strategic partnership launches
  • Run regular business reviews with partners and track performance against success metrics
  • Work closely with Datadog sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate new pipeline and revenue through the partner channel

What we expect

  • 10+ years of experience in partner-focused business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales in cloud or SaaS
  • Proven track record of creating sales opportunities from lead generation to close
  • Experience negotiating contracts and delivering against targets
  • Ability to build long-term partner relationships
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architecture scenarios
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics
  • Experience managing key MSP or SI partners is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time
